Reverse Curls

This workout is my new favorite for biceps. Reverse Curls are great for people who are trying to make their arms lean and cut(light weight/high reps) and also those who want create huge biceps(Heavy weight/low reps). I started doing reverse curls to get better arms but also to work on my forearms. Other then a specifically geared forearm work out, who some would say is boring, this is my favorite way to fill out my forearms

  1. I am a big fan of the reverse curls.This exercise does prove to be effective. I am real big on exercises that target the bicep.
