A little help in the kitchen

If you need help with eating right check this book out. I have really practical ideas on food and fitness. It also has great information on what make certain foods good and what makes others bad. The authors of this book keep in mind that not everyone wants to buy the expensive food, so they give lots of healthy options for those on a budget.

  1. Thanks Iambition Fitness this is very good info. I think that I may have to get this book. One of my biggest problems is the food that I comsume. I workout hard, but then I eat unhealthy which contradicts the hard work that I just put in.
