A little help in the kitchen

If you need help with eating right check this book out. I have really practical ideas on food and fitness. It also has great information on what make certain foods good and what makes others bad. The authors of this book keep in mind that not everyone wants to buy the expensive food, so they give lots of healthy options for those on a budget.

New Gatorade

Gatorade has recently released their new drinks. They have made a before, during, and after workout drinks. The "G1" Prime drink has lots of carbohydrates to energize you before a workout. The "G2" is loaded with even more electrolytes then normal Gatorade to keep you hydrated. The "G3" is a recover drink that contains proteins to help heal your muscles after a workout. Its about time Gatorade has stepped up and made more supplements, hopefully they have that same taste the Gatorade fans love.

Reverse Curls

This workout is my new favorite for biceps. Reverse Curls are great for people who are trying to make their arms lean and cut(light weight/high reps) and also those who want create huge biceps(Heavy weight/low reps). I started doing reverse curls to get better arms but also to work on my forearms. Other then a specifically geared forearm work out, who some would say is boring, this is my favorite way to fill out my forearms

Wine & Fitness

I do not want to insult anyone's intelligence but if you are trying to lose weight stay away from alcohol. It stops your body from burning as much fat as you really can. Not to mention the empty calories it has. Click the picture to read the Livestrong article about wine and fitness. For some of you I know its hard but at 1st if you can stop just cut back.

Bug your body to workout with a Bodybugg

The Bodybugg is awesome. You do have to log your food on their online program but other then that there is no hassle. It tracks how many calories you are using in a day. Its pretty cool and accurate to. It will also motivate you to more more and beat your numbers from the day before.
