Squats are as important as the bench press or the bicep curl but the general population can really hurt themselves unless they are preformed correctly - Legs about shoulder width apart
- Feet pointed straight (may be uncomfortable in the beginning)
- Back straight (make sure not to arch back)
- Head in the neutral position
